Paul KillerbySouth Waikato Community Outcomes Project, initiated by South Waikato District Council Abstract The Local Government Act 2002 requires all councils to consult with their local communities to identify Community Outcomes and priorities. Community Outcomes are statements of what communities want to achieve, now and in the future. They are identified through a series of consultation processes and are intended to help guide groups, organisations and Councils by giving direction on community aspirations and priorities.
